I’m back and finally rested from the Minneapolis Indie Expo. It’s a newish (this was its second year) convention for independent comics in my area and was easily the most fun I’ve ever had at a con. Everyone was a blast to talk to and super nice. Thank you to everyone visiting the site because you got one of the flyers!
I sold a lot of mini-comics, but more importantly, passed out flyers for this comic! I was really floored by the extremely positive responses, and had fun telling people about the awesomeness of Snowflame. You’ll be able to hear a sample of this soon, as I got to participate in a quick interview by Evan Pederson from Fancy Pants Gangsters for their MiX coverage. They do a variety of shows on pop culture and other things they find amusing. I will post a link when their con coverage goes up.
Also, the comic was mentioned on the Paperdarts.org website in their convention report. They are an arts & literature magazine, publishing house, and they post lots of online content. Please check them out!
